1. Overview

Omni Runner (“App”) is a free-to-play endless runner game published by WebExert (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

You can play without creating an account with us. We do not operate a WebExert login or cloud save service for Omni Runner. Most gameplay progress is stored on your device. Certain features rely on third-party platforms for advertising and games services.

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the App and your device settings, the following categories of information may be processed:

• Gameplay data (on device). Scores, coins, diamonds, unlocks, selected character and theme, settings, inventory, and similar progress values.
• Device and advertising identifiers. Information commonly used by advertising SDKs, such as advertising ID (where available), IP address, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Ad interaction data. Whether an ad was requested, shown, completed, or dismissed, as reported by our advertising partners.
• Games platform data. If you use Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, those platforms may process your profile, leaderboard scores, and achievements.

We do not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details through the App itself.

3. On-device storage

The App stores progress locally using standard mobile storage mechanisms. This may include:

• Currency balances (coins and diamonds) and high scores
• Character selection, theme selection, and preference settings (for example sound and easy mode)
• Owned unlocks and power-up inventory
• Daily reward status and counters related to in-game ad frequency

Uninstalling the App or clearing App data typically removes this local information. We cannot restore local progress after it has been deleted from your device.

4. How we use information

Information is used to:

• Operate core gameplay and preserve your progress on the device
• Deliver and measure advertising that supports the free App
• Enable optional leaderboards and achievements through platform games services
• Maintain App stability and comply with applicable law and store policies

5. Third-party services

We use reputable third-party providers. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers or processors depending on the service.

6. Advertising

Omni Runner is free and supported by ads. Ads may be shown when you voluntarily watch a rewarded ad (for example to continue a run, earn diamonds, claim a daily bonus, or unlock shop rewards) or when an interstitial ad is displayed after a run according to the App’s frequency rules.

On iOS, the App may present an App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may allow or deny tracking. Denial does not prevent you from playing the game, though ad personalization may be limited.

You can also manage advertising preferences in your device settings, including options to limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized ads where available.

7. Games services

If you are signed in to Play Games or Game Center, the App may submit scores (such as best score, run duration, and coins collected) and unlock achievements based on gameplay. You can manage or disable these services through your Google or Apple account and device settings.

8. Children’s privacy

Omni Runner is a family-oriented arcade game and includes an optional easier difficulty mode. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age defined by applicable local law) through a WebExert account, because we do not provide such an account.

Advertising and platform partners apply their own age and privacy rules. Parents and guardians should review device-level parental controls, advertising settings, and platform account settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your rights & choices

• Local progress: Delete App data or uninstall the App to remove on-device storage.
• Advertising: Adjust tracking and ad personalization settings on your device.
• Games platforms: Sign out of or restrict Play Games / Game Center as provided by Google or Apple.
• Privacy rights: Depending on your location (for example the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Because we do not maintain a central WebExert player account for Omni Runner, requests that relate to advertising or platform data are typically handled through Google’s or Apple’s privacy tools.

10. Security & retention

We rely on industry-standard platform protections and the security practices of our service providers. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

On-device data remains until you remove it. Information processed by Google, Apple, or other partners is retained according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

11. International users

Our third-party partners may process information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Those transfers are governed by the partners’ contractual and legal safeguards. By using the App, you understand that such processing may occur as described in this Policy and in the partners’ policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Effective date” above will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
